
Gok’s in for double trouble when he meets identical twins, Suzy and Jeannie, who have very similar bodies but feel very differently about them.
Suzy is an independent business woman with a fabulous social life and confidence to match whereas Jeannie’s life revolves around her three children and her body confidence is at an all time low. Gok sets out on a mission to convince Jeannie that, rather than loathe her post-baby body, she should be celebrating her form. He wants her to embrace her stretch marks, or life lines as he prefers to call them, and fall in love with her hour glass curves.
The 100-strong Naked Army are out again in full force, led by beauty junkies Rebecca Wilcox and Carole Machin. This week they army put highlighters through their paces and Rebecca and Carole test mascara which claims to be tear and sweat proof.

In this episode, Gok meets 39-year-old theatre nurse, Rachel Richardson whose tall frame makes her feel like a man. With her birthday looming she fears feeling fat and frumpy at 40.
She dresses in baggy clothes to hide her body, wearing either sack-like hospital scrubs at work or a strict uniform of ill-fitting jeans at home. Her hatred of the way she looks is also stopping her marrying partner, Adrian. Gok reverts to shock tactics to get Rachel to accept her height and love herself for the sexy woman that she is. But how will she react to having her body and her wardrobe displayed in public?
Plus, Gok and his real-sized models, the Gokettes, tell you everything you need to know about sporting one of the hottest trends - the nautical look - whatever your body shape.

Nicki Denbeigh’s body hang ups are stopping her from feeling sexy and meeting a man. In particular she hates her tummy and the thought of a boyfriend seeing her naked terrifies her. She doesn’t even have a full length mirror in her house.
To prove to Nicki that nobody sees her body the way that she does, Gok turns newspaper seller, posting images of her on the front of his Naked News. And to give her closet the clean up it seriously needs, he surprises her in a laundrette where he hangs up all her clothes for the world to see. Because, if you’re not happy to wash your clothes in public, you shouldn’t be wearing them at all!
The Naked Army are testing out beauty serums. What is it that makes these products so special and why do we need to use a serum as well as our normal moisturiser?

Gok has his hands full with 42-year-old former beauty queen Claire Osgood who hates her big boobs so much she keeps them hidden at all times. Twenty years ago Claire could be seen flaunting her fab figure in beauty contests but these days she feels fat and frumpy.
Gok needs to prove to Claire that under her oversized rugby tops there’s a body to be proud of, so he arranges for her to star in her very own public advertising campaign – in her underwear!
And it’s all aboard the HMS Warrior where Gok surprises Claire, hoisting up her undies up the ships rigging. The Naked Army pucker up to test lip plumpers to see if they really do pump up the volume, and the Gokettes are showing off their pins when Gok tells you about the best skirt for your body shape.

Jenny Stockton covers her gorgeous figure in her partner’s baggy clothes and she hates her boobs so much that she hasn’t worn a bra in 8 years! Cue Gok to the rescue.
To get Jenny to stop covering up in enormous men’s clothes, Gok sets up his own market stall selling off most of her wardrobe. And in a new twist, Jenny’s partner Simon gets the Gok treatment when he gets his very makeover.

Gok meets 33-year-old wannabe actress Clare Coxon whose low body confidence is holding her back from pursuing her dream of appearing on stage. She hates her thighs so much that she keeps them covered up in baggy trousers and would never dream of wearing a skirt.
To get Clare to face her fears head on, Gok takes drastic action by bringing his mirrors into the local theatre. Up on stage Gok proves to Clare that in order to learn to love your body you have to look at it. And Clare faces a massive Gok shock when she hits the big screen for the first time.

In the final episode of the series, Gok meets bride to be Kelly whose self esteem has been shattered due to breast cancer. After having surgery to remove her left breast and chemotherapy which left her with short hair, Kelly’s decided to put her wedding on hold, believing she could never be a beautiful bride.
In his mission to get Kelly down that aisle, Gok hijacks a wedding show asking the brides and grooms to be, what they think of her body.
