In each episode, Coleen scours the streets of Britain in search of real women to land eight high profile modelling assignments. These will be genuine jobs but with one major difference – all the women Coleen selects are ‘real women’ who have never modelled before.
Having been briefed by a brand, Coleen sets out on a scouting mission to find girls she thinks will not only fit the brief but could win the campaign over and above real models.
To help her find these girls, Coleen enlists industry expert Camilla Johnson-Hill to help her match the right girl to the right campaign. So long as look and personality fit the brief and the girls take a great picture, they could well be in the running. Once a shortlist has been created, Coleen and her expert team give the potentials a make-over, provide them with a strong portfolio and send them to the all-important casting at the brand HQ. Here they’ll be outside the show’s comfort zone and will face other professional models all vying to land the contract. How will Coleen fare in her mission?
